Dash Cam Front and Rear

The OMBAR DC42 dual dash cam offers top-notch video recording from both the front and rear. The front dashcam captures in front UHD 4K (3840*2160P - 170° wide angle) resolution, providing a clear view of license plates and road signs. You can choose to switch between 4K, 2K, or 1080P resolution. Use the front dashcam alone if needed. Note: Do not unplug the rear camera while in use; disconnect the dashcam's power first before operating.

• Super Night Vision: The dash cam uses the Super Night Vision Technology (NT96670 chipset + GC4653 sensor), with an F1.8 aperture and WDR, making it ideal for capturing clear footage and images in low light conditions.
• Built-in 5G WiFi, GPS & App Control: Dual-Band WiFi (2.4GHz & 5.0GHz) offers fast transfer speeds. The Kacam app allows you to control the dash cam, view, download, or share videos. Internal GPS records your driving route and speed. Note: The dash cam cannot be used as a GPS navigation system.

Trustworthy Accident Evidence

• 64GB TF Card is included, with loop recording up to 512GB. Use a new SD card and format it before first-time use to avoid any issues.
• G-sensor Auto Detect: Automatically detects and locks video files after a collision to prevent overwriting.
• 24Hrs Parking Mode: Requires a hardwire kit (Asin B0BL6YMCN9, not included). The dashcam operates in the temperature range of -20℃ to 70℃. It may run slightly hot, which is normal.

Installation and Power

• Power: The dash cam needs to be powered through the cigarette lighter port. Always connect to power when using.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is for connecting your phone to the dash cam when viewing videos; live viewing from home is not supported. The effective WiFi signal range is about 25ft.
